If you would like to recycle a working iPad as "working" with us your iPad must be full working condition. It must not have significant damage such as cracked screens, deep scratches, faulty or missing components, large dents, faulty software etc as this would come under our "faulty" category.
If you would like to recycle a "faulty" iPad with us your iPad must at least turn on and please make sure it meets the following requirements:
We do accept iPads that have any of the following problems:
Broken/cracked LCD screens or digitisers, faulty software, faulty charging port or headphone socket, external buttons not functioning, faulty Wi-Fi/camera/video.
We do not accept iPads that have any of the following problems:
Water/liquid damage, reported lost or stolen, crushed or snapped in half, missing components or parts.
We process all submissions the same day we receive the iPad - not including weekends. Bank transfers and PayPal payments are instant, cheques and vouchers will be sent out by First Class mail.
Do I have to reset my iPad
You must remove your iCloud account from the device otherwise there is no way for us to reset the device. We cannot issue payment if your iPad still has the iCloud account linked to it. Find out how to remove your iCloud account.
Should I send my charger or other accessories?
If you don't need them any more feel free to include them - you'll get an extra pound for each!
